Report: Seahawks add OLB Barkevious Mingo on 2-year deal

The Seahawks have agreed with outside linebacker Barkevious Mingo on a two-year, $6.8 million deal, according to Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle.

Mingo, the No. 6 overall pick in 2013 NFL Draft by the Cleveland Browns, has nine career sacks over his five seasons, split between Cleveland (2013-15), New England (2016) and Indianapolis (2017). He has missed just two games since his debut but has started just 23 of the 78 games he has appeared in.
The LSU product had three forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, two passes defensed, 32 tackles and two sacks for the Colts last year.
The 27-year-old Mingo is listed as 6 foot 4 and 241 pounds.
