Busy day for the Mariners, who have a B game scheduled against the Indians in Goodyear in the morning then a Cactus League game in Peoria against the Reds in the afternoon. Eric Wedge and the coaches will get a good look at just about everyone in the next two days. I would expect cuts soon after that.

B squad against the Indians:

Ackley 1B
Franklin SS
Miller 3B
Paulino C
Catricala LF
Hicks DH
Morban RF
Martinez CF
Lopes 2B

Paxton

Of note: Ackley is the only regular in the B game lineup and there he is back at leadoff. Paxton is coming off a shaky followed by disastrous outing and could use a good one here.

Game against the Reds:

Seager 2B
Wells CF
Morales DH
Morse RF
Smoak 1B
Peguero LF
Sucre C
Triunfel 3B
Ryan SS

Saunders

Casper Wells makes his return after missing a few days with a stiff neck.
