Linebacker Bobby Wagner is officially listed as questionable for the Seahawks’ game against the 9-4 Rams — and despite his status still being in the air, that injury designation is at least a positive.
“He did some good stuff today in rehab and he’ll run tomorrow and we’ll take it to gametime,” Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said of Wagner during Friday’s final injury report press conference. “He’s trying.”

If Wagner can’t go, he’ll likely be replaced by veteran linebacker Michael Wilhoite. If neither Wagner nor Wright can play, D.J. Alexander and Terrance Garvin could also see more snaps.
“Those guys have been right at the edge of it the whole time in their preparation, so this was not a big step for them to take,” Carroll said. “Really, Bobby hasn’t practiced in a month almost, and so they’ve been getting work throughout. So they’re ready to go, and really are counting on those guys playing good football. They both have played, they’ve both been around, they know what’s going on. And I’m looking forward to seeing how they do if they get the call.”
Defensive tackle Nazair Jones (ankle) is listed as doubtful, but Carroll indicated he’s likely going to be inactive.
“It’s going to be a miraculous recovery if he makes it from here, I don’t think he’s going to make it. But that’s why he’s doubtful — doesn’t mean he can’t make it.”
Running back Mike Davis, who left last week’s game after suffering a blow to his ribs, practiced all week and should be able to play Sunday.
