The Washington Huskies ran over the UCLA Bruins for more than 330 yards on Saturday in a blowout victory. We’ve talked about tailback Myles Gaskin, but we need to talk about Lavon Coleman.
Coleman had a great day, rushing for 94 yards and scoring three touchdowns. At the moment, the redshirt senior has a seventh-round grade for the 2018 NFL Draft, but games like the one he had against the Bruins should enhance his stock.

At 5-foot-11 and 228 pounds, Coleman has good size. He also has the potential to run the 40-yard dash in the 4.5 to 4.6 second range.
The past couple of drafts have produced quality running backs. Just look at what the Seahawks got in the seventh round with Chris Carson. Coleman could be a sleeper in next year’s draft.
