Seattle’s list of inactive players was noteworthy because of one name that wasn’t on it: center Justin Britt.
The Seahawks center is active and expected to start for Seattle in Sunday’s game against Houston after missing practice on Wednesday and Thursday because of a sprained ankle.

With Britt at center, rookie Ethan Pocic is expected to start at left guard for the second consecutive week. Pocic alternated with Mark Glowinski last week, and it will be interesting to see if Pocic plays a majority of the snaps against the Texans.
New defensive end Dwight Freeney, who was signed on Tuesday, will be in uniform and active for Seattle. His addition pushes Quinton Jefferson out of the rotation as Jefferson is inactive after playing last week.
Running back C.J. Prosise (ankle) and guard Luke Joeckel (knee surgery) are out. Seattle’s other inactive players are guard Jordan Roos, tackle Isaiah Battles, safety Tedric Thompson and defensive tackle Garrison Smith.
Britt was the big question mark, though, after he suffered a sprained ankle in the first quarter of last week’s game at the New York Giants. Britt missed six plays while having the injury diagnosed, but returned to play the final three quarters.
