The Mariners aren’t making a deviation in their lineup for Game 3 of their four-game set in Minnesota, but they did make a change in their bullpen ahead of the 5:10 contest on 710 ESPN Seattle.
The M’s recalled Chase De Jong from Triple-A Tacoma and optioned fellow righty Casey Lawrence to the Rainiers, giving them a fresh arm in the pen after Lawrence pitched 3 2/3 innings in Tuesday’s 20-7 loss. The Mariners have shown this season that they prefer to have an available pitcher in the long relief spot for each game, as Lawrence and De Jong have essentially been thrown into a rotation along with Rob Whalen, Dillon Overton and Tyler Cloyd over the past month.
Coverage begins at 4 with the pregame show on 710 ESPN Seattle. Here are the full lineups for Game 3.
