Whenever a member of the Seattle Mariners joins “Danny, Dave and Moore” in Edgar’s Cantina at Safeco Field, the conversation is bound to get off topic. That was certainly the case on Friday with outfielder Jarrod Dyson.

The energetic and gregarious Dyson had a wide-ranging conversation with Danny O’Neil and Dave Wyman that covered things like how he’s had to make the most of his opportunities in baseball, his love for football and how he would never see himself as a punt returner, and why there’s a difference between his pants that have holes and paint on them compared to Wyman’s pants that holes and paint on them.
