One other move was made Friday by the Mariners, outrighting the contract of right-handed pitcher Ryan Weber to Triple-A Tacoma. Weber, who had been claimed off waivers from Atlanta on Nov. 2, was designated for assignment on Monday. The 26-year-old Weber has a 5.15 career ERA over 21 MLB games, including seven starts, over the last two seasons with the Braves.
The Mariners’ 40-man roster remains full after the Weber move.
