Toronto FC beat Montreal Impact 5-2 Wednesday night for an aggregate score of 7-5. That means they’ll face the Sounders at home on Dec. 10 for the 2016 MLS Cup final.
Wednesday’s match was tied at 5-5 aggregate after 90 minutes in Toronto, sending it to two periods of extra time. The home side scored twice in the first 15-minute period to seal the conference title.
