Seahawks strong safety Kam Chancellor and left tackle Bradley Sowell were listed as full participants in the team’s Wednesday practice, a positive sign for both players as they come off injuries that have sidelined them for multiple games.
Coach Pete Carroll has said Chancellor is on track to return this week after missing the last four with a groin injury. He wasn’t as certain about Sowell, who’s missed the last two games with a sprained MCL.
Quarterback Russell Wilson was also listed as a full participant Wednesday, as he was all of last week. The practice report does not note his pectoral injury, an indication that it’s no longer an issue after limiting him two weeks ago.
Tight end Luke Willson was listed as a limited participant in his first practice since undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery three weeks ago. Running back Thomas Rawls was also limited in his first practice since cracking a bone in his fibula in Week 2. Carroll has ruled him out for Sunday night’s game at New England but said Willson has a chance to play.
Defensive end Cassius Marsh didn’t practice Wednesday. Carroll said he’s dealing with an ankle injury but is expected to be available Sunday night. Tight end Jimmy Graham also sat out Wednesday; his absence was listed as not being injury-related.
