RENTON – The Seahawks listed quarterback Russell Wilson as a full participant in Thursday’s practice, an indication that he’s recovering well from his pectoral injury.

Wilson’s listed practice participation hasn’t always been entirely reflective of how he’s been physically – recall that he was listed as a full participant despite being slowed earlier this season by knee and ankle sprains – but it’s a good sign in this case.

Wilson was listed as limited in practice all three days last week due to his previously sprained knee and his newly injured pectoral. Carroll said that while Wilson threw each day, the team had him mostly avoid deep passes or those that would put a strain on the injury, which is on his throwing side.

The Seahawks’ practice schedule this week was essentially moved back a day due to their next game being on Monday night. That meant Thursday was the first day Seattle was required to provide a practice report, which happens on Wednesdays in normal weeks.

Left tackle Bradley Sowell was listed as limited. He’s dealing with a sprained MCL that sidelined him last week. Carroll said he made a remarkably quick recovery and was nearly able to play Sunday against New Orleans. He didn’t handicap the chances of Sowell returning this week, but he said he’ll get some work in practice each day.

Strong safety Kam Chancellor and linebacker Kevin Pierre-Louis were among those who didn’t practice Thursday. Chancellor is dealing with a groin injury that has sidelined him the last three days. That he didn’t practice Thursday is a sign that he could be out another week.

Pierre-Louis has missed the last two games with a sprained ankle. As he was with Chancellor, Carroll was non-committal about Pierre-Louis returning this week.

Defensive tackle Tony McDaniel was listed as a full participant. He left Sunday’s game with a sprained ankle, but Carroll said a day later that it wasn’t all that significant.

Here are the significant injury updates Carroll shared Thursday.

Did not participate

• RB Thomas Rawls (fibula)
• TE Luke Willson (knee)
• DE Michael Bennett (knee)
• SS Kam Chancellor (groin)
• CB DeAndre Elliott (hamstring)
• LB Kevin Pierre-Louis (ankle)

Limited participation

• LT Bradley Sowell (knee)

Full participation

• QB Russell Wilson (knee/pectoral)
• DE Cliff Avril (groin)
• TE Jimmy Graham (knee)
• DT Tony McDaniel (ankle)
