GLENDALE, Ariz. – The Seahawks are going to need something other than Kam Chancellor’s presence to smooth the rough edges from last week’s game against Atlanta.
That’s because Chancellor is inactive for the second consecutive week, leaving Kelcie McCray to start in his place.
The Seahawks are also missing linebacker Kevin Pierre-Louis, who was ruled out Friday because of an ankle injury suffered last week against Atlanta.
Running back C.J. Spiller is inactive, which is a bit of a surprise as it leaves Christine Michael, Alex Collins and C.J. Prosise as the only healthy running backs. Prosise is playing for the first time since Week 1 when he suffered a broken bone in his hand. Prosise will still have a protective device on his hand, but it is not as cumbersome as the brace he was wearing after the injury in September.
Also inactive for Seattle: running back Thomas Rawls, tight end Luke Willson, who underwent knee surgery this week, DT Quinton Jefferson, and G Rees Odhiambo.
The Cardinals are without receiver John Brown, who was slowed by a leg injury this week, however, receiver Jaron Brown is active for the Cardinals.
Arizona’s other inactives: CB Brandon Williams, LB Gabe Martin, G Cole Toner, DT Olsen Pierre, DT Ed Stinson, and NT Xavier Williams.
