The four-game win streak that put the Seattle Seahawks atop the NFC West for a few weeks now feels like a distant memory.

After two straight losses where the Hawks struggled in the battle at the line of scrimmage, they’ve fallen to a 6-5 record, leaving them a game behind the San Francisco 49ers for the division lead.
What do the Seahawks need to do to get back on track? That’s what former NFL wide receiver Michael Bumpus tackles in his latest breakdown video for the Seattle Sports YouTube channel.
Bumpus, who now co-hosts Seattle Sports’ Bump and Stacy as well as hosts the Seahawks radio pregame and postgame shows, has three keys he goes through, covering all facets of the game.

The Seahawks return to action Sunday against the struggling Los Angeles Rams (3-8), who have fallen hard a season after winning the Super Bowl and will be without a litany of their best players for the game.
