At this time last season, the Seahawks were 6-8 and coming off a 34-18 home loss to the Falcons.

Those Seahawks split their remaining two games to reach the playoffs. This year’s team, despite being 7-7, needs quite a bit of help to get back to the postseason.

“There’s no doubt,” Pete Carroll told “Brock and Salk” when asked if he’s satisfied with the progress his team has made from Year 1 to Year 2.

Mike Salk agrees, and says in Monday’s Wrap Up video that this season has been a success even if the Seahawks miss out on the playoffs.
