Adding Chad Henne wouldn’t solve Seahawks’ QB issue

After failing to schedule a visit with Peyton Manning, the Seahawks apparently had better luck with Chad Henne.

Jeff Darlington of NFL Network reports via Twitter that the former Dolphins quarterback will visit with the Seahawks and Jaguars.

Henne, 26, has spent his entire career with the Dolphins, who drafted him in the second round out of Michigan in 2008. In four seasons, Henne has completed 60.7 percent of his passes, throwing 31 touchdowns and 37 interceptions. He missed all but four games in 2011 with a shoulder injury.

Based on Henne’s resume, Bob and Groz think that signing him would give the Seahawks nothing more than another short-term option at quarterback.
