Aaron Hernandez, ‘character risks’ and the Seahawks

Brock Huard and Danny O’Neil spent a portion of the first hour of Wednesday’s show discussing the legal troubles of tight end Aaron Hernandez, who was released by the Patriots hours after he was arrested and shortly before he was charged with murder.
O’Neil disagrees with the popular perceptions about NFL teams that draft players with so-called “character concerns,” something the Seahawks have done under coach Pete Carroll and general manager John Schneider.
