Seahawks coach Pete Carroll indicated Tuesday that the team hasn’t ruled out the possibility of bringing back fullback Michael Robinson, telling 710 ESPN Seattle’s “Brock and Danny” that it could be a consideration “somewhere down the road.”
John Clayton, however, doesn’t see it happening.
“Doubtful,” was how Clayton put it during “Cold Hard Facts” while discussing the likelihood that Seattle eventually re-signs Robinson, who was released over the weekend and has yet to sign with another team.
Clayton’s reasoning was that the Seahawks are confident in Derrick Coleman, who according to Carroll won the job thanks to the way he continued to validate the strong initial impression he left on the coaching staff.
Bob Stelton and Dave Grosby pick up the conversation there, discussing in the video below whether or not they can see Seattle bringing back Robinson.
