Seahawks’ preseason dates, times announced

We already knew the Seahawks’ preseason opponents and the order in which they’ll face them. But unknown until they were announced Tuesday afternoon were the exact dates and kickoff times for the four games.

The Seahawks will open the preseason on the road against Denver on Thursday, Aug. 7 at 6 p.m. in a rematch of Super Bowl XLVIII. They’ll return home for two games at CenturyLink Field, first on Friday, Aug. 15 at 7 p.m. against San Diego and then the following Friday at 7 p.m. against Chicago. Seattle will finish out the preseason against the Raiders in Oakland on Thursday, Aug. 28 at 7 p.m.

710 ESPN Seattle will broadcast all of the Seahawks’ preseason games as well as those in the regular season.

The Seahawks’ 2014 regular-season schedule will be announced Wednesday at 5 p.m.
