In addition to agreeing to terms with linebacker O’Brien Schofield, the Seahawks have done the same with cornerback A.J. Jefferson. The team made the announcements Friday.
Jefferson, 26, has started 14 games and recorded two intceptions in four NFL seasons. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by Arizona in 2010, spent two seasons with the Cardinals and was traded to Minnesota before the 2012 season.
Jefferson is listed at 6-foot-1 and 190 pounds, which is the type of size Seattle tends to look for in its cornerbacks.
